Planned, permitted, and carried out collections in Canada, England, France, Ireland, Japan, Mexico, Northern Ireland, Norway, Oman, California, Florida, Maine.  


 Participated in collection of meiofauna, intertidal benthos, and deep-water invertebrates using grabs, cores, SCUBA, and other sampling techniques.


Preserved and accessioned fluid and tissue specimens for American Museum of Natural History, Field Museum of Natural History, University of Kansas Natural History Museum, and US national Museum of Natural History
